COVID-19 precautions in place at our facility

Our team has worked diligently to comply with the Ministry of Health and College of Physiotherapists of Ontario guidelines to protect our clients and staff during COVID-19 pandemic.

Below are the measures we have taken to ensure safety:

Clients are screened by our staff on phone and at the time of their arrival at the clinic.

​

Practitioners wear a mask during their entire time at the clinic.

​

Practitioners and staff wash hands before and after each visit.

​

Clients are asked to wash hands upon entering and leaving the clinic.

​

Treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned after every client.

​

Frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces, washrooms and common areas.

​

Practitioners and staff self-assess for COVID-19 symptoms on a daily basis.

​

Virtual appointments remain available for anyone who wishes to not attend in-clinic appointment.
