Ajay completed his bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from Manipal University in India before moving to Oshawa where he received his Diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion at
Durham College. Ajay has completed a dry needling program through Acupuncture Canada and incorporates dry needling along with various manual therapy techniques in his treatments.
His areas of interest are Neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation and manual therapy. His approach towards therapy is remediation through education. He likes to incorporate targeted exercises and hands-on therapy techniques in his practice.
Ajay enjoys reading and going on long photo walks around the city with his camera.​​

Alisha Dobariya PT, BPT
Registered Physiotherapist

Alisha graduated from Hyderabad, India, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT). She is a certified practitioner in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) needling and brings a blend of clinical skill and compassionate care to her practice.
Before moving to Canada, Alisha practiced at the American Brain and Spine Hospital in India, where she gained valuable experience working with a wide range of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
Passionate about helping patients recover and enhance their quality of life, Alisha takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to treatment. She is committed to supporting each individual throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they feel empowered and cared for every step of the way.
Alisha has a keen interest in manual therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation, and she plans to pursue advanced courses in these specialized areas.

Jason Nourry RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

Jason graduated from Trillium college in 2011 and has since completed over 40 post graduate
education upgrades. His rehab-focused therapeutic approach combines deep tissue techniques,
soft tissue, myofascial release, athletic taping, therapeutic cupping and Neurostimulation
microcurrent point stimulation along with with a customized exercise program to help you achieve
your personal goals quicker.
Jason treats a wide range of chronic and acute injury such as neck, shoulder and low back pain,
sciatica, golfer's/tennis elbow, and various joint pains (hip, ankle, knee, TMJ and SI joint).
Jason is registered with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and Registered
Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario.

Jafar Abdul PT, MSc, MPT (Musculoskeletal)
Registered Physiotherapist and Clinic Director
Jafar graduated from Hamdard University, New Delhi, India with a Master of Physiotherapy specializing in musculoskeletal in 2003 and has worked in both clinical and teaching side. After moving to Canada, he studied M.Sc Rehabilitation Science at Queen's University in 2009. He has extensive training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. His continuing education coursework includes dry needling, spine manual therapy and concussion management. In his holistic approach, he combines these hands-on methods with customized exercises to provide individualized one-on-one care for each patient.

Latif Khoja PT, CAFCI, BSc, MSc
Registered Physiotherapist and Clinic Director

Latif completed BSc (Physiotherapy) at University of Karachi before moving to Kingston where he completed an MSc (Rehabilitation Science) from Queen's University. ​
Latif has taken various continuing education courses in manual therapy, spinal and joint manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, intramuscular stimulation (IMS), taping, soft tissue release, balance and mobility tests for older adults, Mulligan's Concept - Mobilizations with Movement therapy, Lyn Watson shoulder specialization course, concussion assessment and rehabilitation, and running assessment.
Besides clinical practice, Latif has been involved in various research projects at Queen's University and internationally on osteoarthritis, gait analysis, strength training, electromyography (EMG), dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
Latif also serves as an Adjunct 1 Faculty and Clinical Instructor in the MSc Physiotherapy Program at the Queen's University where he contributes to education and training of future physiotherapists. ​
